The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short 10-minute drive from South Beach and right next to the beach. I felt safe during my stay, but the rooms didn't quite live up to expectations and were quite muggy with no cleaning services provided. The service was a letdown with a lack of customer care and I never received the promised room upgrade. Overall, while the location is great, the stay was far from ideal.
